Review: EOS Adult Brown Circle Lens

Hi all! :)

Here is my review on the EOS Adult Brown Lenses (the old design/series not the new designs/series). Thanks to my sponsor Mukuchu!! They sent me these lenses for me to review!

And guess what? :D I'm glad to report.. I LOVE THE ADULT BROWNS. Why? Well I'll tell you why. lol

I'm a really big fan of natural lenses. Simply because circle lenses look weird on me in my opinion. I feel that my eye are too small for them so when I wear lenses with the black rim around them, I find that my eyes look weirdly big with.. barely any white space. And it looks like my eyes are boldging(?) out of my sockets. So I prefer more natural circle lenses. So kind of like color lenses. Hence why GEO Tri-color (aka AngelColor World series) series are my favorite. However, that was before I tried the EOS Adult series.



Here are some pictures comparing my natural eye with the Adult Browns.
Note: All photos were taken with flash. But the brown in the photo is very true to natural lighting too.



You can see that the Adult browns have a purple rim/ring around it so it is A LOT softer than black rims. This helps create the natural effect of the lenses. Also, the enlargement is only subtle. So it isn't so over the top. Which is just how I like it. :D



As you can see, the lenses give off this really pretty natural effect to the eyes. And the purple rim just makes it so subtle and unique! I love it! The pattern of the lenses are so pretty too. They are so comfy too! So much more comfortable than my Tri-Color ones! They don't dry out as fast :)

You know what else is unique about these lenses?










When you flip them inside out (so like the other way) THEY ARE GREY!!! LOL I never knew this until I wore them on the wrong way and was like WTF HAPPENED? Did Mukuchu send me two different lenses or something?! But then it turns out, it was just flipped the other way.



Crazy eh?! Haha it's so cool. And a good thing is that the grey side isn't THAT uncomfortable. It's pretty comfortable :)

You can see that there is some enlargement going on ;)



The grey is creepy grey. Actually I think it's actually kind of beautiful. It's like... Ice.. Ice grey.. haha I really like it :D

I like these lenses. Honestly. It's like two in one LOL. But obviously the brown is more of the purpose. :P

The price for these lens @ Mukuchu is $29AUD or $24USD. Really decent!

So my verdict for these lens are:

Colour: 10/10
Comfort: 9/10
Pricing: 8/10
Enlargement: 8/10 (The enlargement is just enough for me, any bigger and it would probably score lower from me lol)

Anyways, I get mine through a website forum called http://www.soompi.com/forums So you have to be a registered member to be able to look through the forum. But registering doesn't take long!

I buy mine from a seller called LeN. She is located in Korea and can get basically any brand in Korea, so even if you aren't interested in Missha, but are interested in another Korean brand (such as Etude House, Laneige etc.) She will be able to purchase them for you! I have bought MANY MANY times from her and she always fulfills my request! She also ships world wide! So it's awsome! I get all my Korean cosmetics from her, hehe

A day and night event.

Hi everyone!

I know I haven't been updating my blog as much as I want to or have said to.. I'm sorry :( I shall not make up any excuse this time (it's cause of school!) lol.

But whatever, this post isn't very make-up related but its more.. an update of me? lol.

So the other night of the other week, I went out with my cousin to have dessert. Turns out we went to have dinner and THEN we went to have dessert. This all happened because we came early to the dessert place (@7:00pm) and the place wasn't opened until 8:00pm! So at first, I suggested that we just drive around that area and see what it's like.. And so we did LOL and guess what? It lead us to some highway with NO WAY TO TURN BACK. My cousin yelled at me so bad LOL whoops. But thank the lord we had a GSP or esle my cousin would've kicked me out of the car LOL.

Anyway, so while we were waiting for the GPS to find signal, she suddenly said, "I feel like La Tombla's pasta" and so, we went LOL

I managed to snap pictures of what we were eating :D

Okay, onto the mains!



My main course! I forgot the name of it :(



My cousins main! I also don't know the name -_- fail.

And so after having dinner, we went to have dessert :D

We had the platter which included Green Tea tiramisu, Turkish Delight Icecream, Black Sesame Seed Pana Cotta!! (SOOO GOOD!!) and Honey and Pear cheese cake :)

So... that concludes with night with my cousin. It was really fun! haha

And so last week on Wednesday the yr 12's of my school had early dismissal so Jennifer (http://jlyxoxo.blogspot.com/) went to the city to do some shopping. It was raining SO SO bad. Such a bad day to do some shopping but it was still fun overall hehe.

Vera Wang Fall 2010 Ad Campaign

Two words is all that's needed to describe this Ad Campaign: Simply Breathtaking.









I dream of getting married in a Vera Wang gown one day. Her designs are so elegant! Seeing it alone in pictures is enough to make you swoon, so let me ask you, how would it feel to wear one of her gowns, let alone walk down the aisle in one? Sigh. A girl could only dream right? ^^

Two days in the cold!

Hey everyone!

First off, I want to say THANKYOU!! So so so much for helping me reach 100+ followers! >< !! You guys are awsome! Thankyou so much for your support. It really means a lot! I'll try my best to update my blog regularly! Hehe..

Anyway, this weekend were quite hectic... I spent my weekends going to University open days! To top it off, the weather was.. deadly cold! One of the Uni's were located hear the hills (I think...) and it was SO cold! *shivers* I was a little grumpy LOL :P

But I manage to snap some (4 -_-) pictures of the uni... fail... But I thought I'd share it with you! Haha



This chair/lounge/couch is so cool! Once you sit on it, it bends over into a chair! LOL! It was fascinating! ^^




The little.. fountain thing was really pretty. It was behind one of the Uni's, which I thought was kind of weird since.. It was... Well.. At the back behind a building. lol.

And I thought I'd finish off this post with... Photos of myself? LOL ;) Jk, it's me with no make-up :) Hehehe.




I haven't done peace signs in so long? lol!
