Oh My Dior!

Hello everybody!

Finally!! A make-up related post! :D

Recently, while I was strolling the aisle of Myers.. I went walked passed the Dior counter and a new lipstick collection/line caught my eyes! It was the Dior Rouge Dior lipstick line! I only picked up on lippie but I was contemplating on getting another one! But the colour the Dior lady tried on me didn't look nice so I passed that one up and got the 644 Rouge Blossom!

It's an amazing bright red. It's a bright red, not a blood red! To be honest, I'm quite afraid of trying a bloody red cause I'm scared it won't suit my face and skin tone. Since I'm yellow-y pale. haha

The texture of the lipstick is very smooth and creamy! I really like it. There's this really nice light floral scent to the lipstick which I like, but some of you who don't like scented products will/may not like. The red is quite vibrant! Definitely a colour to wear with a neutral eye! Maybe I could whip out a look for this lippie!

This is one of those wearable reds. I don't have a lot of them. I only have two. This Dior one and MAC Viva Glam Cyndi! These two are my absolute fav reds to wear during the day time! As for night time, this Rouge Blosson would very sexy and sultry! Love it!

Naan bread and Kebabs!

Hello everybody!

This is not a makeup related blog post- again. I'm sorry! I promise I'll write about makeup soon! But I want to ask you guys! Do you guys want only makeup related post? or you don't mind all the outfits/food/whatever is going on with my life post? Please let me know!

Anyway...

So, I'm back from my homeless sleep-out :) It was an exciting experience that I'll keep in my memory for a long time. To be honest, it was actually kind of fun. No matter how much I may have complained, I really enjoyed it. I'm the type of girl who loves to go camping and anything that involves... Well.. packing up a suitcase and out the door really. Besides from the fact that I had a hard time sleeping due to cold, cold, COLD feet, it was majorly ok. lol. Pretty weird huh? I was warm from head to ankle, but my feet were freezing cold which was what kept me up all night!

Okay, so moving on. Last night, my ESL Studies class went out for dinner with our teacher. It was just a dinner to kind of commemorate the two years we've been together as a class. Our ESL class isn't very big, there's 7 of us in total. lol so we're all quite close in someway or another. One of the girl didn't make it out last night so it was just the 6 of us and our teacher.

Because one of the girl is Muslim, there is only one type of meat she could eat so we all decided to go and dine at an Afghan restaurant. I love Afghan food! As a kid, I LOVED!!!!! kebabs! That are soo good! Drools!!

The restaurant was very small and cosy! The inside was dimly lit and it was really beautiful! Here are some interior pictures! Y'know I love taking pictures of interior design! :)









The teacher and I ordered Jasmin tea while the other girls ordered soft drink! lol

As for the food, we had a really nice meal! Everything was so yummy! Here are some pictures!

We then proceeded onto dessert, we went to Eggless for dessert. Eggless was the place I had dessert with my cousin that I blogged about in my previous blogpost! A lot of you guys asked me where the place was... and so it was Eggless! ahaha

We once again ordered the Eggless tasting platter. Eggless menu's changes by month so this month dessert were different to last months dessert. Which is a bummer because I am still lusting over the black sesame seed pana cotta! drools!


Chocolate and mint pana cotta (meh), Blueberry icecream cupcake (also meh), .. Chocolate and walnut spring rolls? (also, also meh lol) and the banoffee pie. That would've been the best dessert there. lol It was a cross between banana, coffee and caramel tart :)

I finish my third term of high school tomorrow and.. really that's it to my high school life!! The next two months will be spent STUDYING FOR EXAMS! >.

Sleeping outside!

Hello everybody!

I know, I know. Lack of post these days -.-

But school has been really hectic even though it may have not seem like it!

I officially only have 2 or 3 weeks of high school left, after those weeks I'm going to be on swatvac to study prior to all my end of year exams! OMG FML!

Anyway, this is kind of just an update on whats going on with my life...

Not much really LOL Besides from the fact that I'm going to be sleeping outside tonight at my schools backyard, nothing much is going on with my life. For those of you wondering, why the hell is she sleeping at school, and OUTSIDE? Well I go to a catholic school and this week at school is Social Justice Week.

So.. in the spirit of Social Justice, I joined the event of homeless sleep-out. To experience how it would be like to be a homeless person. During this event, we raise money for a charity ^^.
Anywho.. during this sleep out, there is to be no luxury items to be brought LOL So.. no net, phone, twitter, facebook whatever is to be brought.

So bye bye social life for one night haha. I'm kind of excited for this but also super super scared! I'm scared of the weather mainly.
Scared that it's going to be cold and I might catch a cold. But whatever, those are only minor things. I'm stronger and braver than that :) Bring it on weather! :D

Anyway, I hate picture-less post so I shall upload some pictures of.. me? :P

Went to the Malaysian Carnival yesterday with Jody. It was interesting, I only went because Jody wanted to go so she could meet Poh. For those of you who don't know Poh, she was the second runner up of Australia's Master Chef season 1 :) The weather was very nice, the sunshine was a nice change. Loved every moment of it.
